Camps

Did you know? TCWR hosts a fun filled summer day camp each year!

Join our Wildlife Interpreters during one of 3 summer day camps!

Summer 2026 Summer Day Camp Registration is NOW OPEN!!! (Limited Spots Available)

Kids ages 6-12 will enjoy three days of fun educational crafts, programs, activities, and tours of the refuge. Kids ages 12-15 will learn the ins and outs of the refuge while practicing how to be a keeper themselves. We look forward to helping kids discover how to become young wildlife advocates for animals that have fallen victim to the exotic pet trade, entertainment industry, and for animals in the wild. Each of our summer camps can hold 10 kids and are three days a week (Wednesday through Friday) from 9 am-3 pm and include snacks, a t-shirt, and all craft supplies. Each child will need to bring their own lunch, sunscreen, bug spray, a reusable water bottle, wear comfortable shoes, and come ready for a fun day at the refuge! Thank you for your support.
